Looks like a LOT of fun, but there is something to be said for decorum. Guess that's a totally foreign concept today. Still, it must have been so much fun. My biggest criticism was that none of the girls were wearing jewelry ;-)
The entire wedding party was on the Today Show Saturday. I didn't see them, but they're having their 15 minutes of fame. Call me old-fashioned, but I think a wedding should be a serious event, not involving bungey jumping, skin diving sky diving or any other life-threatening extracurricular activities. Marriage is hazardous enough.
Hey that was fun. I posted that on Facebook! Not sure about the mens' brown suits though. :)
My husband and I learned the dance from the King and I and did it just like the movie with Yul Brunner and Deborak Kerr. No one saw it coming and they still talk about it. Most fun I ever had.
Then my dad and I did the Beer Barrel Polka Lawrence Welk style...we brought the house down! :0)

Weee-eelll It's certainly memorable.
If it doesn't last there will be more than the usual embarrassment.

I agree with you, LR. They could have done that whole thing entering the reception site instead of turning the church into dance club.
