LIBS TAKE ON THE TEA PARTIES

I don't how to respond to this comment I read...I was called crazy and extremist...and a friend actually said "what happened to you?" Below is a lib comment in response to the TEA parties.

I love how these people .... A) protest taxes at a time when they are lower for your average american than they have been in 8 years. B) B*&@! about government spending when someone tries to reinvest money back into their country rather than spend millions per day on a war overseas that nobody wanted or needed. C) Think that Fox news is actually a reputable and trusted news channel rather than the media face of the right-wing parties.

Lowest taxes in 8 years? Where does that statement come from? Based on what? The stimulus plan is actually code for "reinvest money back into their country!" Fox news is the "media face of the right wing"...obviously never watched it!

Lone Ranger said...: Several independent studies have shown FNC to be virtually 50/50 in it's coverage, while EVERY other major media outlet slants to the left. Maybe if these people would actually WATCH Fox rather than get their opinions from left-wing hate site, they might know something.

The Tea Parties weren't about taxes, they were about taxes and SPENDING. SOMEBODY has to pay all those trillions of dollars back and by somebody, I mean everybody. Oh, they might not see a rise in their actual taxes, but they will pay more for food, transportation, clothing, electricity, all the essentials of life.

The government is not the economy, the government is the enemy of the economy. Investing back in the country is code for government expansion.; 6:03 PM
Mark said...: Libs love to say that since Obama's stimulus package was passed they now have a few dollars more in their paychecks each week.

What they don't seem to understand is at the end of the year, they will have to pay taxes on those extra few dollars.

The other thing I don't get....is the psychology...the economy is worse...Obama's ratings are still in the 60s...and they believe the country is going in the right direction?

I don't know. I don't have taxes deducted from my paychecks so I have no frame of reference except that I've read many comments on other blogs from Liberals who say their own paychecks are larger and less taxes are coming out of them.

3 or 4 dollars higher per week. Hope they don't spend it all in the same place.

If they are telling the truth, it only means their higher wages will have to be taxed that much more on next years tax returns.; 11:13 AM

25 Immutable Truths About Liberals

Over the years I've been writing this blog, I've been throwing out little self-evident truths that seem to have no exceptions that prove the rule. I've made a list of some of them and will add to it as I remember them or make up more. Most of this list I've come up with myself. A few I've borrowed from others.

11. There are no honest liberals. If they were honest -- especially to themselves -- they would be conservatives.
