Little People Big World
I am cooking dinner and weeping through the two opening season episodes of Little People Big World. Matt Roloff the Father, a Little Person, goes back to Iraq to help a family with dwarf children and perform surgeries so they can walk. The town hears they are there and every Litlle Person child from miles around comes for an exam.
Those children and their families are so sweet and grateful. The medical surgeon from Oakland Children's Hospital and our miliary that provided the secturiy and faciliites were an awesome thing to see. How could I not cry.
I wish there were more shows that did episodes in Iraq and what its like there.

Sadly, most of TV production has other things on their minds.
It's their loss, really.
