There is way too much emphasis on Joe the Plumber. Anybody could have asked that question of Obama. In fact many people might have. But Joe's was the one caught on tape.
The issue wasn't the questioner, but the questionee's answer.
And soon, we will find out for sure if the questionee was being truthful or simply campaigning.
Well Mark, look at who Obama chose as his chief of staff -- Rahm Emmanuel. The guy is not particularly liberal, but he's a partisan snake who hates liberals. Doesn't bode well for working across political lines.

Too funny.
Of course Obama may have the last laugh. If he'll go after the Joes while campaigning, what will he do once he's in the White House??
Didn't I hear that Joe the Plumber is going to run for some kind of office?
If so, I'm curious as to what office, and whether or not he is going to rum as "Joe the Plumber", or Sam Wurzelbacher...
I'll go and research that right now.

I think I already know...
Hee! Hee! I would like to get a model of that to use as a hood ornament on my car.

Huh? Am I missing something?
oops, that should read Republicans.
LOL--I knew the other way was too much to hope for! ;)
Seems Obama is already working hard to reach across party lines in a sincere effort to create non-partisanship unity.
NOT
OOOPs. I mena "Bi-partisanship", but non-partisanship works, too.
