Liberals Eat Their Own

I hope Geraldine Ferraro has learned a valuable lesson. She has been forced to resign from Hillary's finance committee because of a "racial" remark.

Geraldine Ferarro said of Sen. Barack Obama's success: "If Obama was a white man, he would not be in this position. And if he was a woman (of any color) he would not be in this position. He happens to be very lucky to be who he is. And the country is caught up in the concept."

Obama is playing the race card masterfully. Ferraro was absolutely right. If this were an Irish-American named Barry O'Bama, he wouldn't be in this race. He'd have to run on his experience and his accomplishments and he has none. She made the same comments about race baiter Jesse Jackson and she was right then too. People have no problem with Obama running as a black man, and take every criticism of him as racist. But when Hillary runs as a woman and tears up or points out her mistreatment occasionally, she is scorned. Do you see the vicious hypocrisy there?? Geraldine Ferraro is NOT a racist. She has spent her life dedicated to helping minorities and the poor. Her treatment is a reflection on liberals, who gleefully engage in the politics of destruction. One good thing about this is maybe it has opened her eyes to the treachery of the left. I'd say liberals should all be ashamed of themselves, but, as I've commented before, they lack the gene required.to blush. A more serious and pressing problem is that we are surely in the End Times, because I'm defending Democrats.
