Charity Begins at Home -- THAT Guy's Home
I found out this week that here in Virginia, we have a Tax Me More Fund. The idea is that people who are constantly whining that they are not taxed enough are able to put money into this fund. Not a good idea. It seems that in 2006, the fund made less than 20 bucks.
