Hope we count on you to share what you might already know. Have purchases of this magnitude been routine in past administrations, or has the press merely been baiting the public for the current administration?

Nope, haven't heard why they might need it. I deal in international news. What mystifies me is why they want hollow-point ammo. That's not needed for range practice. But, rest assured, although the lamestream media are turning a blind eye, lots of people are trying to delve into this.
