Swamp Witch

It's pretty clear by now that Nancy Pelosi has no intention of "draining the swamp." So, I decided to modify a song about it. You don't even have to be able to sing to talk along with the tune at the bottom. Nancy Pelosi lived back in the swamp, Where the strange green reptiles crawl. Snakes hang thick from the House's eves, Like sausage on a smokehouse wall. Where Congress is alive with a thousand eyes, An' all of them preying on you. Stay off the track to Nancy's shack in the back of the Black Bayou. Just down the road from Nancy's shack, Lies a country called the U.S.A. Talk of swamp witch Nancy caused the people to go ash gray. Rumors of what she'd done, rumors of what she'd do, Kept folks off the track of Nancy's shack, In the back of the Black Bayou. One day brought Obama and Obama stayed on, And the swamp water overflowed. Repression and corruption grabbed people like a fist, Freedom was the first to go. Some say the anger was brought by Obama, There was talk of impeachment too. But the talk got shackled by the howls and the cackles, From the bowels of the Black Bayou Early one morn 'tween dark and dawn when shadows filled the sky, Nancy and her evil minions looked around for votes to buy. Well, they bought Big Pharm and they bought the Unions, And they bought Bart Stupak too. Then they had the votes for Obamacare, And destroyed the Constitution too. Well, the people decried being trapped inside, A quickly sink'n ship. So they voiced their rage on the Capitol steps, To express how they'd been whipped. Freedom went away and the very next day the people decided to sue Let's get old Nancy and her liberal minions In the back of the Black Bayou So Americans then, counted days till when, They could strike back on election day. Said Swamp Witch magic was evil and bad And they're gonna send Nancy away. But Nancy fought back, went on the attack Called Americans racist and worse. But the people stood tall, against Nancy's thrall Said we'll end the Swamp Witch curse.
