We've been saving up for a Rainy Day Celebrity Death

The Mayor of LA said that every year they set aside a certain amount of cash in the budget for unforeseen, large scale events such as this...Michael Jackson's funeral. Okay so we have established that a democrat [our dumb dumb mayor] does realize we need to set aside money to pay bills. When I saw this quote I had to laugh...if we could find a way to package all the bills the state owes into a celebrity funeral...the legislators would be willing to cut elsewhere to find the funds to do it!

You never know what will happen with those L.A. crowds. The O.J. chase comes to mind. I can just envision tens of thousands of people breaking into the Thriller dance.

They are selling tickets!

To a funeral!

For a pedophile freak!

Soooo, they didn't set aside a bit for the parade in case the Lakers won the title??

After the criticism the city got for spending money on a parade in this bad economy, I'm just sure El Mayor is just saying that so they don't get raked over the coals again. Yeah, sure, I believe Tony about as far as I can throw him.
