Freudian Slip?

Josh Earnest, a White House deputy press secretary, said Obama "misspoke" in his remarks when he said his health care reforms "would bring greater...inefficiencies to our health care system," "Everyone knew exactly what he was saying," Earnest said.
Yes, Mr. Earnest, we did.

Truthfully, I think the jury is still out on whether Obamacare will be inefficient.

Although, there is no evidence it will be.

The proof will be in the pudding, as they say.

But it is definitely unconstitutional. And will outlaw insurance companies, which wouldn't hurt my feelings, but it directly outlaws the free market system, and that I have a problem with.

The proof is that it has failed everywhere it has been tried.

He may not have meant what he said, but what he said was closer to what he should have meant, if he meant something other than what he said.
