FYI
I have decided to monetize my other blog, just out of curiosity. In a few days, Google will start placing ads that are supposedly topic-oriented. This is not an encouragement to click on any of the ads (that would be against the rules). As I said, I'm doing it just out of curiosity. Revenue (if any) will all go to charity. For that reason alone, I hope it's a success, but I'm already not liking some of the ads I see. If these things do not live up to my standards of good taste and morality, I will opt out of the program. I'm already not liking some of the stuff I see.

I tried that when I first started blogging. Google placed ads there for a couple of years and I never saw one penny. So, when Google forced me to re-format, I didn't include them.
Also, if I wrote about President Bush, for example, the ads would say something like "Impeach Bush now!" etc... Not exactly what I had in mind.
Which one do you find most offensive..."meeting Republicans Singles" or "Seat Al Franken"...LOL!
I didn't see anything blatantly offensive (except maybe the above mentined "Seat Al Franklen" thingy.
Most people will understand the "money motive" and will overlook all but the vulgar and socially inappropriate.
