Why is the Republican Party Imploding?

Why did the election loss not "rally the troops?" I'm listening to Obama lift the ban on stem cell research and I wanna be sick. Listening to his propaganda is grating. Yesterday, I had lunch in West Hollywood with my "believers in redistribution of wealth." I may have worn out my welcome. They are completely freaked out about the economy but REFUSE to believe that Obama is wrong about anything. The harshest word for him was..."concerned" about what he is doing to the economy. As soon as they spoke doubts they felt the need to take it back and say well he such a brilliant man we have to give it time to work...I retorted sure because historically we know giving it time is what is needed...Then of course I was responded to with, "well Bush made the mess." They had to throw in Bush at least once. When did being articulate replace brains. Half the people at the table actually had better resumes than OBAMA! But it is like a cult. Intellect and common sense are not synonyms.

That's why the call it the "cult" of personality. It took Bush eight years, fighting two wars, to run up a trillion-dollar debt. Obama more than doubled that his first month in office. And not a peep is heard from the left about too much spending. He can literally do no wrong in the eyes of lefties. By the way, did you hear that Kim Il-Jong won reelection by 100%?

LOL! on your last line there LR!

Easy to get 100% when the fear of a Gulag is microphoned into the streets...I'm sure.

Of course makes me wonder if the country is going bankrupt...we all hate it...and he is still at 60% approval. I just don't get it.

The people who support Obama don't care what happens to the markets. They don't own stock and they have no retirement plans. They rejoice in seeing "the rich" have half their wealth disappear into thin air. Obama's approval ratings will drop when everyday necessities like electricity, gas and food start getting more expensive.

Let's see now...which would I rather have, the trillion dollar deficit left by Bush or the ultimately 3.5 trillion dollar deficit being generated by President BO and friends.

Gosh. I'm going to have to think on that.

OK...I'm through thinking.

I'll take the Bush plan.
