I would have responded...

So, Governor Palin, are you two on the same page on this?” Couric pounded away: “Is that something you shouldn't say out loud?” and “Are you sorry you said it Governor?” When McCain called it a “gotcha soundbite,” Couric retorted: “It wasn't a 'gotcha.'” Couric turned to Palin: “What did you learn from that experience?” Palin: “That this is all about 'gotcha' journalism.” I would have answered...Yes I am sorry I said it...I wish I had quoted FDR's televised speech he made in 1929 on this very subject. And then I would have winked into the camera.

While Palin is investigated, mocked and attacked, Biden escapes a pattern of substantive lies to the media:

Take Biden's video documented exaggeration of his resume, for instance:

His claim of a full academic scholarship to Law School and an undergraduate 3.3 GPA are two of the many lies he told in 1988. He had no law school scholarship and mediocre grades. He claimed that he had told his sons he had these academic credentials to inspire them to achieve in school. His defense was the parenting defense!

Is a liar like this fit to be a U.S. Senator, much less VP and potential President?
