Hurricane Sarah

With the selection of Sarah Palin as McCain's running mate, liberals have gone absolutely insane. I have never seen so many scurrilous attacks on one person on the lefty sites, including this dirty piece of defamation. This is probably the most interesting election of my life, which is why I'm paying attention for once. Democrats are grinning because Hurricane Gustave will disrupt the Republican convention, but they won't be so smug when the see how Hurricane Sarah devastates Obama's chances of being elected. Most liberal humor is just mean-spirited, but this one is kind of funny. http://i36.tinypic.com/2ihnl3k.jpg

Whoaaah, buddy!! Please warn us when you link to sites like the Daily Kooks! My computer reacts very badly to idiocy. I went to your link and my computer froze up, and there I was, stuck on the Daily Kooks site, and no explanation to my wife would suffice. Now she thinks I'm a closet Liberal!

BUT HER DAUGHTER IS PREGNANT!! They are going to kill her now and make fun of her to no end.

I wonder what this will do now. I think the worst part is that she is saying her 17 year old daughter will marry the guy.

I don't think that is wise. Everyone is going to say...if that wasn't your mother you could get an abortion and go on with life not ruin it with a mad marriage before you are 20!!!

Don't you think this is going to kill their choice!!

Honestly with all this VETTING don't they find out everything first??

This makes me very nervous.

UGHH! now we have to hear about her and Jamie Lyn Spears some more and how she is probably too low class now to get elected.

I really like Palin. I now dread seeing the next 60 days unfold on her. What this is going to do her family if she survives it and now if she loses she did it all for nothing.

I think this is yet another opportunity to show how Sarah and her family are far different than that of Obama. Once again they are showing how they walk the walk and not just talk the talk. Young people make mistakes. . jump the gun. . but here is a family that embraces responsibility. Who says that the daughter doesn't want to marry? Let's all remember Barry's point of view:

"Look, I got two daughters — 9 years old and 6 years old, I am going to teach them first about values and morals, but if they make a mistake, I don’t want them punished with a baby."

PUNISHMENT? As I type this, I am watching my 10 month old daughter play and giggle and coo with delight. Who could consider this punishment?
