Israel the New Nazi Germany?

The Jew haters are loving this one. It seems Reuters quoted an Israeli minister as saying if Palestinians kept lobbing rockets into Israel, there would be a new "holocaust." BBC eagerly picked up the story and broadcast it all over the world. Problem. Reuters mistranslated the minister. But the Jew haters on the left don't care. This is "proof" that Israelis are the new Nazis.

Reuters translated the Hebrew word ‘shoah’ as ‘holocaust’. But ‘shoah’ merely means disaster. In Hebrew, the word ‘shoah’ is never used to mean ‘holocaust’ or ‘genocide’ because of the acute historical resonance. The word ‘Hashoah’ alone means ‘the Holocaust’ and ‘retzach am’ means ‘genocide’. The well-known Hebrew construction used by Vilnai used merely means ‘bringing disaster on themselves’.
