Turning 35!
I turn 35 TODAY! I cannot believe it. Anybody got any good news about what happens when you turn 35? Anything good to look forward to? Right now I am not feeling but I am not giving up hope. To be honest I miss 30!
I am spending the day actually making dinner for my husband's family...a steak and losbter tail dinner. We had the flu last week and cancelled Christmas Eve dinner so instead I am doing a "Make-Up" dinner tonight. Maybe cooking will keep my mind off my age and the fact that I have so many things left to do and I am already 35 and wonder if I have run out of time!

Are you kidding? 35 is GREAT!!! I loved every year of my mid-thirties. (Does that give you the idea that they are all past now? LOL!)
Retirement.
Sheesh, it's like hearing Hanna Montana complain that she's only made 50 million dollars this year.
I'm going to have to mark this on my calendar. I keep missing it.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!
That's about when I really started not caring what other people thought about me. I was very self-concious in my younger days. I became more comfortable in my own skin in my 30s.
The best part about "older?" It's a lot of fun to not care what others think when you're out in public with your teenager! ;)
First, Happy Birthday!
As for good news, I can only say Good Luck! Most women do not handle every birthday after 30 well! I can't say I blame them though - I still celebrate [anniversaries of] my 29th. I think I'll hold on to 29 a few more years and then switch to holding on to 39...
I agree with jolene too. It seems that the older you get, the less you worry about what anyone thinks before you speek your mind...
Happy Birthday!
I just turned 56 this month myself, nad I am still very healthy, aside from this pesky adult onset Diabetes, which so far, seems to have little or no effect on me.
The time to worry is when you start thinking less about the number of years behind you and more about the number of years left ahead of you.
