Classiness

The Clintons would NEVER have done this.
They served some 120,000 White House Christmas Party guests at 23 holiday events, and now the residence staff is getting a party of its own—and it's the president's staff that will do the serving.

Guess it takes a man to recognize good will to others. I wonder what the daily kos has to say about this

Wow I have to say...whatever anyone thinks of George Bush the president has got to admit that anyone you hear who comes in contact with him...democrat or anything else always says they are disappointed on how much they like him afterwards...when they didn't want to. I think that says alot.

I remember watching "Journeys with George" on HBO done by Nancy Pelosi's daughter Alexandra Pelosi. I went to college with Alexandra Pelosi and saw her in class often. So I was curious. That documentary was a big hit because of how good George Bush made the show. Her next one following the Dem's was a big snore.

She and every other press person admitted they loved the guy and thought he was fun.

Just recently his daughter Jenna was on the show "Ellen" and Ellen said hey if whenever you want you can just call your dad then let's do it now so Jenna said yes. Ellen said "she had a few things to say to him." He ended up being the sweetest dad on the phone. In fact he was caught relaxing on the couch with no one other than his wife who he referred to as Mom and Laura referred to him as Daddy when talking to their daughter. It was so poignant and sweet that even Ellen was taken aback.

So this is no surprise. When you are from the BIG state of Texas I guess you cannot help yourself from thanking people BIG.

As much as his enemies want him to definitely be a Charlie Wilson/Bill Clinton type in his personal life...it has never happened and I am impressed.

President Bush despite how much he is hated IS a good man-- no spin can change that.

Merry Christmas to you all!
