Now, we'll have a few days of breathless reviews by adults who should know better. And, since this is the last book in the series, all we'll have to endure is the next movie.

I fail to see the attraction of Harry Potter. As I understand it, it is a childrens book series that attempts to teach children that witchcraft is a good thing.

That can only lead children away from the truth. How can that be a good thing?

I stay away from all that stuff, not only Harry Potter and Sabrina the Teenage Witch and Charmed, etc., but things like Touched by an Angel and Highway to Heaven.

Angels are not dead people. They don't have to earn their wings. They aren't conflicted or love-lorn. They don't make mistakes.

I just totally block out Hollywood's concept of spirituality.

My only exception is Santa Claus. He's real.
