Start Your Morning with Dino and the Andrews Sisters

The Andrews Sisters, on The Dean Martin Show in 1962.

I teared up when I watched this. Television used to be SO entertaining.

Michael and I were just talking about Dean and Frank. They were the coolest of cool. No one comes close.... no one. I have no desire to ever go to Las Vegas--- even though I have family now living there... but had I been around in the 60's... I most assuredly would have gone to see the Rat Pack in Vegas...

Hey pallie, like thanks for helpin' to start my mornin' right with this great Dinoclip. Never was, never will be anyone as cool as the King of Cool. Oh, to return to the days when Dino walks the earth!

I love this clip. Thanks for posting it. It's a great way to start a Saturday morning. I love the Andrew Sisters, plus I'm huge fan of Dean Martin. It's nice to see them paired up. It's a great song. It's a shame there isn't talent like this around much anymore.

Dean Martin was one of those guys -- along with Frank Sinatra and Sammy Davis Jr. -- who could seemingly do everything. I also love his movies. And he made it look so easy, it was obvious he was born to be in show business.

Hey pallie, yeah, Dino had the amazin' ability to do it all...movies....both comedies and dramas.....recordings, clubs, theatre, and TV....no one did everything that Dino did durin' his stellar career...and of course no one ever did it as cool as the King of Cool!

I wish TV Land would carry his show. That might make a good letter writing campaign.

After seeing the original Ocean's 11 with the Rat Pack, makes me wonder why they remade it with clooney and his ilk. They should have just re-released the original to theaters.

I know what was meant by Ocean's Eleven. Watching the Clooney version, I was thinking that this has nothing on the original. They should have just released it again in theaters. Let a new generation see who the coolest cats were. Of course, I'm speaking of the Rat Pack. My favorite was Dino, the Master of Hip, the King of Cool. This cat could do anything he wanted. He made it look so easy at that. He and his pallies were all around great entertainers.
