Who's Afraid of the Big, Bad Fox

One of my favorite columnists, Bob Parks, has done it again. He's summed up the liberal/conservative free speech issue better than I've ever seen it before.
I may be a Neo-Con, which is supposed to be some kind of insult, as the word kind of resembles Neanderthal. I guess I should admit I’m not smart enough to enjoy the Constitutional privilege that is free speech. Free speech is something I’m not supposed to understand. Free speech is reserved for the enlightened. Free speech is reserved for the tolerant. Free speech is reserved for progressive thought.

I don't think it's fair to suggest we Conservatives don't have free speech.

It is fair to say the Liberals would rather we didn't.
