Limosine Liberals

I got off work Saturday morning, hoping to get out of town before they started blocking off streets for the big anti-war protest. No such luck. I usually hop onto the I-395 south just a block from here, but that street was blocked off, and because of a one-way street situation, I had no alternative but to get on the I-295 north. No problemo. I just punched the HOME button on my Garmin and it gave me turn by turn instructions to my doorstep. However, before leaving DC, I spotted three stretch limos. That's a lot even for Washington and practically unheard of on an early Saturday morning. You'd think those limosine liberals would share a ride, considering Gorebal Whining and all. But, nope. Jane Fonda participated in an anti-war protest for the first time in 34 years, she said. One of the lines in her speech was, "...I'm so sad that we still have to do this, that we did not learn the lessons from the Vietnam War," No, Hanoi Jane, apparently you didn't.

As a self-declared born-again Christian, I didn't see any mention of her attending the pro-life rally last week.

Wasn't there a Protest against the murder of innocent babies last week in the same area? What's the difference? And why didn't we see as many celebrities and as much press as this protest then?

Oh yeah, they only want to protect our enemies babies, unless they aren't born yet.

You know I cannot believe it is safe again for her to come outside?

I used to feel sorry for her after Ted Turner dumped for getting "religious" on him.

But now...
