If Republicans had done this all along, they wouldn't have lost Congress.
WASHINGTON, Dec 8 (Reuters) - As the Republican-led Congress rushed to adjourn, the U.S. Senate on Saturday sent President George W. Bush legislation to normalize trade with former enemy Vietnam, renew popular tax cuts and open the Gulf of Mexico to new oil and gas drilling. The economic package was one of one of several bills Republican leaders cleared before Democrats take control of the new Congress to be seated in January.

Better late than never. These fools needed to listen to their constituents more than the DC press on what we expected of them. Instead we had Benedict McCain on TV on a regular basis, agreeing with the socialist dems constantly and being aggrandized by the media. Maybe now they will look at the status of some RINOs that were up for reelection, like Chaffey.
Now that it's too late...
We need Newt Gingrich, Rick Santorum or J.D. Hayworth for the next Republican Presidential nominee...
