At a campaign event in California, confessed war criminal John Kerry had this to say about the troops.
“You know, education, if you make the most of it, if you study hard and you do your homework, and you make an effort to be smart, uh, you, you can do well. If you don’t, you get stuck in Iraq.”
I guess he didn't make much of an effort to be smart, because he got stuck in Vietnam.
You know, I was going to write a lengthy diatribe about how Kerry isn't qualified to be even an American, much less the Commander-in-Chief, but looking at it in print, he just isn't worth the trouble.

He really said that..........
Good grief! I don't know why I'm surprised... but good grief!! What an insult to our fine men and women in the service. What an absolute jerk.
Since I was never in the military, I am actually more offended by his elitist notion that education equals intelligence, that if you don't have an education, you're not "smart".
I neve got to finish college, but it doesn't mean I am not intelligent. At least I would know better than to make a stupid statement like that!
I think Kerry would be surprised by how many enlisted men have Masters degrees and speak several languages. This isn't the military he was in, which had to accept every loser, stoner and malcontent who was drafted.
Whoa, there Ranger. I was one of those malcontent loser stoners drafted into Kerry's military. But I had a college education, and on the whole, while we wern't volunteers, I think we aquitted ourselves pretty well.
At least we didn't commit The Treasonous acts, punishable by death under the UCMJ that Kerry did.
Nor did we commit the atrocities that he admits to.
I'm still a malcontent and a loser, and proud of it!!
Still waiting for Kerry's trial.
