Dip

Egad, it's a slow news night. I've been monitoring the wires, scanning sites, and can't find anything that interests me. So, just in time for Labor Day, here's my dip recipe. 3 cups mayonnaise 1/2 cup prepared horseradish 4 tablespoons lemon juice 2 teaspoons onion -- chopped 2 teaspoons parsley -- chopped (optional) 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce 2 cloves garlic -- minced Mix all ingredients well and chill. That's it. You can use it as a veggie dip or a salad dressing. It's especially good with hot-wings (I have a great hot-wing recipe too). And that's my good deed for the day.
