I have to give Chris Wallace a lot of credit for his interview of Bill Clinton Sunday. I've done a lot of interviews on both TV and radio over the years, but I've never sat opposite a madman. Had he waved his bony finger in my face, I'd probably have bitten it. On second thought...no...don't know where that finger has been. Bill Clinton has become another Jimmy Carter. He was a terrible president who refuses to fade away. Until the day they die, both these guys will be trying to insert themselves into every headline.
The last good Democrat in the White House was Truman. Although he nuked another country, at least when he left office, he faded into the background, taking strolls around Washington, unnoticed by even tourists.

If it was really a hit piece as the clintonites claim why didn't Wallace produce documentation from the Sudanese government that confirms they offered bin ladin three times? If it was a hit piece why didn't Chris Wallace ask how can we believe you since we know legally you are a liar?
Since he didn't I guess it wasn't a hit piece. clinton was loaded for bear though.
It was Clinton who was driving that interview. Had he just answered a reasonable question reasonably, this wouldn't have happened. But ANY criticism of Clinton is considered a right-wing attack. He couldn't answer it reasonably because there is no reasonable answer as to why he did nothing to retaliate against terrorist attacks. That will probably be the highlight of Wallace's career.
Ok so how do we explain Bill O'Reilly's interview with Barbara Walters on Friday night where he says He liked Bill Clinton and thought he was a good president...what's up with that???
He has the highest ratings and the most death threats he doesn't need to say that??
As I have mentioned before, in that tirade on FOX, Clinton showed why he couldn't and shouldn't have been trusted with the power to nuke the world. If he cannot even control his emotions, how could he be expected to act with restraint in pressure situations?
O'Reilly is a strange duck. He fears being classified as either a conservative or a liberal, a Republican or a Democrat. He says Clinton was a good president because he signed welfare reform and reduced the deficit. Well, he signed welfare reform because a Republican congress held his nose to the grindstone. He reduced the deficit through a series of fancy bookkeeping tricks and by not retaliating against terrorism. Once O'Reilly gets something into his head, he clings to it like a mollusk.
If clinton had wagged his finger in my face, I would have finger-sword fighted him... Parry, thrust!
Trader, now that would have been fun to watch. You got me laughing with that one!
