It's Zero Hour

BEIRUT, Aug 14 (Reuters) - A U.N.-brokered truce to end five weeks of fighting between Israel and Hizbollah went into effect at 0500 GMT on Monday. The truce is the first step in a process that includes the deployment of a 15,000-strong U.N. force in Lebanon to end the war that has claimed 1,100 lives in Lebanon and 154 in Israel.
We're two minutes into the cease-fire. Let's see how long it holds. Once again, terrorists are given time to lick their wounds, regroup, resupply and rearm. Will this foolishness never end?
