Somewhere in this country, there is a hollowed-out volcano, where machinegun-carrying babes clad in bikinis and hardhats guard evil scientists, who are creating deadly hurricanes.
As Tropical Storm Alberto threatened to strengthen into the ninth hurricane in 22 months to affect Florida, former President Clinton predicted Monday that Republican environmental policies will lead to more severe storms. "It is now generally recognized that while Al Gore and I were ridiculed, we were right about global warming," Clinton said at a fundraiser for the Florida Democratic Party. "It's a serious problem. It's going to lead to more hurricanes."I don't know about you, but there's no doubt in my mind which party I'd vote for, given the choice between Republicans, who can control the weather and Democrats, who can only spew hot air. Oh, and Bill, you and Al Gore are STILL being ridiculed.

If this problem it actually THAT serious, then why didn't Clinton sign the Kyoto Accord when he had the chance?
All of this bad weather could have been avoided if only Clinton had done his job.
