At Least They Need A Reason

It seems some people in England are "shocked" that babies with imperfections are being aborted. I guess under England's socialized medical system, women need a doctor's note before destroying their babies at the expense of the state.

Abortion of babies with birth defects is nothing new here. At least in Britain, they need an excuse, lame as it may be. Babies aren't aborted there on the state's nickel because it may interfere with a couple's vacation plans. Get over your shock, Brits. If you're going to be liberals, you have to take the whole, steenking package. You can't just cherry pick the leftist practices you like and discard those you don't. That would make you.....humane.
