Putting Things in Perspective

From Rush Limbaugh comes this:
In case you haven't heard (and I can't imagine how you might have missed it) yesterday did mark the third anniversary of our entry into Iraq, but interestingly we just passed the 13-year anniversary of the attack on our homeland and it got scant mention anywhere, and that was the first attack on the World Trade Center, February 26th of 1993. American Deaths over the Last Three Years • Auto Accidents: 120,000 • Falling Down: 45,000 • Poisoning: 27,000 • Drowning: 12,000 • War in Iraq: 2,300 • Number of Anti-War Protestors in NYC on Sunday: 200
In fact, there are nearly as many people murdered every year in California as have been killed in three years in Iraq. By the Democratic party's own standards, Barbara Boxer and Dianne Feinstein should be impeached.

The problem is, there's no left wing anti-American agenda that can be championed by being attached to the 120,000 auto accident deaths...

Sure there is. SUVs pollute and kill. Ban them.

There is no facet of American life that the lefties can't criticize. America is evil.

Gee, hope Boxer and Pelosi never lied about the real reasons for women going to war with men (obtaining liberation). Their expressed disgust with stay-at-home moms has led to many extra drivers on California's overtaxed highways (more than half of all drivers). No doubt the highway congestion has contributed to many of the state's fatalities, not to mention global warming.
