Deja View

It's the beginning of another work week and here I sit at 2 am wondering how current, the Algore channel, has stayed in business for 11 whole days. This channel is showing the same "pods" that I saw on its first day on the air. They repeat these pods over and over and over, not only from week to week, or day to day, but hour to hour. I've seen this one about some French guy leaping fences and climbing monuments like some demented Spiderman at least twice in the past three hours -- and I've been watching only sporadically. So, how does a 24/7 TV station exist on only a couple hours of programming? I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. I don't know how much programming they have, but I haven't seen much. I just don't see the point of this channel. Other than trivia, what are you going to learn in three to nine minutes? And why doesn't the audio synch with the hosts' lips? It's like watching a kung fu movie without the kung. Or the fu.
