Democrats Despise Democracy
The reason the Deathocrats are pulling out all the stops to block the President's judicial nominations is because the only way they can advance their left-wing agenda is to have activist, left-wing judges on the bench. They can't win at the polls, so they have to force their agenda down the voters' throat in the courts. Forced busing? Nobody voted for that. But this country was saddled with that miserable failure of a policy for two decades, until Republicans dismantled it. Abortion? Nope. The people were never given the RIGHT to vote for it. And now more than 42 million unborn babies have been slaughtered -- thousands within seconds of being born -- a record that has surpassed the atrocities of the greatest murderers in history -- Stalin, Mao, Hitler, etc.
The latest example of judicial tyranny occurred in Nebraska, where the PEOPLE voted overwhelmingly to ban gay marriages. Well, no reason to let Democracy get in the way of judicial tyranny. A SINGLE judge, appointed by Bill Clinton, struck down the law last Thursday. It was as if a campaign had never been run, as if millions of dollars had never been spent to hold an election, as if people had never braved the November weather of Nebraska to vote. That is how Democrats think democracy should work. If you don't agree with them, tough. They know best and no matter how much freedom you exercise, they will strike it down with the ruling of a single activist judge.
US District Judge Joseph Bataillon -- the face of judicial tyranny. Judges like this are the Democrats' only hope for the foisting of their noxious policies on a sickened public.
